I need to see what Sully, Sparrow and Scout are going to do next to win over Landry.

And after the crazy cliffhanger from this book, I am more than a little desperate for book 2. (Scout sometimes scared me, but I am looking forward to the next book to see if he can redeem himself in my eyes.) I loved Landry’s relationship and devotion to her younger sister Della most of all. The three brothers are so different that I found it a little crazy that Landry did not immediately pick up on the fact that they were different people, but I really enjoyed their interactions. They want to learn some dirty secrets on her father and they need to thwart Landry’s upcoming arranged marriage to the son of another big family in town- the Constantine’s. Their latest assignment is to go undercover as one person (Ford Mann) to get to know Landry- the daughter of a well respected business man. Sully Sparrow and Scout are his brawn for the things their uncle doesn’t want to get his own hands dirty with. They reluctantly work for their uncle, who is some sort of secret crime boss under the surface, but to the community is a powerful elite family. In Triple threat we meet the Manford triplets- Sully, Sparrow and Scout. I really enjoyed this dark romance and I am super excited to read the next, and sadly final, book in this duet. Be sure to check the trigger warnings before you dive into this one, because there is a lot of abuse mentioned and some other things you might want to be aware of before reading. Triple Threat is the first book in the dark adult romance Deception Duet series by K.
